Kuridala joined Wilde Racing earlier this year after previously being trained by Luke Oliver.
Although his form on the flat had been mixed, he was showing potential as a jumper.
Kuridala made his jumps debut at Ballarat and was very new at the caper. With a jumps trial in between runs, he showed great improvement into his hurdle start at Casterton yesterday to score a narrow but tough victory.
