WA import METRO BOY (City Place x Born Princess) made an impact first up for Neil Dyer racing, securing the win in the Parklands BM64 Handicap over 1000m at Moe.
Handled patiently by jockey Daniel Stackhouse, the gelding was guided up the middle of the straight and in tough style, overhauled the leaders to salute by three-quarters of a length.
