We couldn’t have asked for a better return with Nordic Symphony at Geelong yesterday.
A now 4yo mare, Nordic Symphony flourished during her six week break and has come back bigger and stronger.
After racing competitively as a staying filly in group one company last preparation, it was great to see her win on Monday over an unsuitable trip.
She never looked like winning until the last 50m and even though she only just go there, she seemed to win with plenty up her sleeve.
The Armytage family has been a long term friends of Wilde Racing and they look as though they are in for a great campaign with the promising Nordic Symphony.
Congratulations to the winning connections.
