Chorus backed up her good first up run at Hamilton with a win at Ballarat yesterday.
She was purchased from a tried horse sale in Sydney as a maiden when she was transferred down to Wilde Racing. Yesterday made it win number 4 for her career.
The race worked out beautifully for her, back to mares grade, a four kilo claim from Campbell Rawiller and drawing an inside barrier all looked in her favour.
Chorus makes her own luck, she jumps and puts herself on the speed and travels. Campbell rated her perfectly in front at Ballarat yesterday, he didn’t go too slow but was able to give her a breather mid race before giving a good kick and holding off her rivals.
We were delighted to be able to get the win for Debbie and her owners.
