Dean Yendall certainly knew how to find the treasure with his ride on victorious Treasure Map on Saturday at Murtoa. Following his ride two starts ago when Dean rode him at Geelong he felt the run had plenty enough merit that if he was to get over more distance and free running he would be a chance of snaring one. True to his word Dean guided Treasure Map patiently giving the horse plenty of room to make his run and away he want. Ken & Deb who have been so steadfast in their belief and love for this big kind horse were rewarded when the race favourite kicked away to win. Full credit to Dean Yendall who showed instigative and stuck to his intentions as he always looked the winner saving every bit of the horse until he needed to produce. Ken & Debra are a recent addition to our team of owners and thoroughly deserved this win regularly attending track work or the local pony club to watch him school. They have nothing but admiration for Treasure Map who has provided them with another win to his tally.
